We, Alistair and Michael, founded STORY Cocktails in 2016. We're lifelong collaborators, and share a passion for marking important moments with perfectly crafted cocktails.
Starting out our careers in healthcare, we've always applied clinical discipline and scientific rigour to everything we do. Around ten years ago, it was with this same disciplined approach that we started visiting the great bars of the world, where we then rigorously worked our way through their menus seeking inspiration for our venture.
Now, from our commercial-grade research and development labs in Geelong, Victoria, we've researched and developed, then refined and bottled, the world’s finest cocktails, bringing them from the bar to your hand, wherever you are. Using our own version of liquid alchemy, our ingredients are selected or crafted not simply for the individual qualities of each, but for how they all combine in the finished product.
Once we're done with all that discipline and science though, and we're finished measuring ingredients to a tenth of a gram, S T O R Y Cocktails remains true to its original inspiration – where family occasions, personal milestones and life-altering events are aptly marked for the singular moments they represent.
